At All Brands Furniture, we want you to love your home, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on most items in their original condition. Please note that custom orders and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Item

Ensure the furniture is disassembled and placed back into its original packaging, including all hardware, instructions, and protective materials.

Schedule Pickup or Shipping

For small items, use the provided prepaid shipping label; for large furniture pieces, we will coordinate a professional freight pickup from your residence.

Inspection and Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects the item for damages or wear, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
